ABRT AI Lab is a venture technology lab that builds investment infrastructure for funds. Founded by Nick Mitushin, former fund manager at the ABRT family office and backed by billionaires Ratmir Timashev and Andrei Baronov, the lab created Limpid, a new-generation fund powered by a proprietary AI platform, VCScore.co, that automatically benchmarks startup metrics against industry standards.

The product was built and the infrastructure was ready. What the fund needed next was a machine to feed it.
THE TASK

Design and launch a full growth system that would solve the deal flow problem from three angles simultaneously:

  • replace the inefficient outreach operation with an automated pipeline
  • build the founder's personal brand to generate inbound leads
  • establish the fund as a trusted authority through an educational product, turning market positioning into a lead generation engine.
STRATEGY

1. Automated Direct Outreach.
We audited the existing team structure, mapped costs against output,
and rebuilt the entire outreach operation around software and AI.
Contact list generation, personalized email and LinkedIn sequences,
and appointment setting were all automated, reducing the team
from three people to one, while dramatically increasing output.

2. Founder Personal Brand on LinkedIn.
We set up a weekly interview rhythm with the founder, covering topics across venture capital, fundraising, and AI startup trends. From each session, we produced posts and infographics published under his name, building consistent visibility among his existing network and opening new inbound channels with every piece of content.

3. Educational Product Launch.
As a strategic positioning play, we designed a startup bootcamp aimed
at upskilling founders. We interviewed every expert within the Limpid
and ABRT AI Lab ecosystem, digitized their knowledge, and worked
with a professional producer to turn it into a structured curriculum.
We then built the complete conversion funnel from scratch: paid ads, webinar, and course enrollment, launching it at ABRT AI Bootcamp
