STRATEGY1. Automated Direct Outreach. We audited the existing team structure, mapped costs against output,
and rebuilt the entire outreach operation around software and AI.
Contact list generation, personalized email and LinkedIn sequences,
and appointment setting were all automated, reducing the team
from three people to one, while dramatically increasing output.
2. Founder Personal Brand on LinkedIn. We set up a weekly interview rhythm with the founder, covering topics across venture capital, fundraising, and AI startup trends. From each session, we produced posts and infographics published under his name, building consistent visibility among his existing network and opening new inbound channels with every piece of content.
3. Educational Product Launch. As a strategic positioning play, we designed a startup bootcamp aimed
at upskilling founders. We interviewed every expert within the Limpid
and ABRT AI Lab ecosystem, digitized their knowledge, and worked
with a professional producer to turn it into a structured curriculum.
